Gobo Salad Recipe

Ingredients
-1/2 lb gobo-1/2 carrot
-4 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
-2 tbsp ground white sesame
-1 tsp vinegar
-2 tsp soy sauce
-3 tsp sugar
Directions
- Wash gobo and carrot with water and remove the skin
- Slice gobo and carrot into thin strips.
- Put the gobo in a sauce pan with 1 cup water and bring to a boil for 2 minutes
- Add carrot and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Strain gobo and carrot and let it cool on the side.
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl
