Rainbow Roll Sushi Recipe 4 servings
Prep time: 30 minutes Ingredients
-2 cups Sushi Rice
-4 Nori Seaweed
-Ahi Tuna
-Fresh Salmon
-Halibut
-Avocado
-Daikon Sprouts
-Seame Seeds Directions:
1. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the seaweed, do not cover
completely. Leave a 1-inch margin at the ends uncovered to seal the
roll.
2. Place tuna, salmon, avocado, and halibut and sprouts length wise then Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Roll then cut 3/4" thick. Serve with wasabi, soy sauce and pickled ginger.
