Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 cup cold cooked rice
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cup shrimp, shelled and de-veined
- 1-2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- Chopped scallions
Directions:
- Heat oil in wok then add onions and heat till lightly brown.
- Add shrimp, salt, pepper, beaten eggs and pour over onions (scramble together).
- Add remaining ingredients and stir constantly to keep from sticking.
