Ingredients:
-2 cup sushi rice-16 nori seaweed sheets
-4 tablespoons sesame seeds
-1 cup imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
-6 tablespoons mayonnaise
-2 avocado, peeled, thinly sliced
-1 cucumber, peeled, cut into thin matchsticks
Directions:
- Lay the nori sheets out on a flat rolling surface. Spread the sushi rice evenly over the sheets or seaweed, and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the surface.
- Place the crabmeat and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture evenly down the center of each roll and top with avocado and cucumber.
- Roll the sushi into a log. Slice into ¾-inch pieces and serve
