Gai Lan with Garlic Recipe

Ingredients:
-1-2 lbs of gai lan
-1 Tablespoon of Chopped Garlic
-1/2 Tablespoon of Light Soya Sauce
-1 Tablespoon of Water
-2 Tablespoon of Cooking Oil
Directions:
1. Add Oil on hot pan. Add Garlic and stir-fry until fragrant (before it turned brown).
2. Add vegetable and stir-fry until 70% cooked
3. Add Light Soya Sauce and Water and stir-fry until vege is cooked and mixed well with sauce.
