Soy Sauce Chicken Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of chicken, sliced
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 stalks spring onion
- 3 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Seasoning:
- ½ cup Soy Sauce (add 2 tablespoon of sugar)
- 1 cup water
Directions:
- Sauté ginger and spring onion with cooking oil. Add seasoning mix and bring it to the boil.
- Put in chicken, cover and cook in low heat. Turn over the chicken every 5 minutes until deep brown (20 minutes).
- Sprinkle in sesame oil. Cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
