Beef Sukiyaki Udon Recipe

Ingredients
-1 lb sliced beef-1/2 onion (sliced)
-4 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp sake
-2 tbsp mirin
-4 tbsp sugar
Ingredients for udon
-4 pack of frozen udon-4 slice of soft tofu
-1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
-3 cup dashi soup-5 tbsp soy sauce
-4 tbsp mirin
-1 tbsp sake
-2 tbsp sugar
Directions
- Mix soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar in a small bowl
- Heat oil in a frying pan and stir onion for 5 minutes
- Add beef, stir for 5 minutes, then add spices. Stir until the liquid evaporates, then set it aside
- Boil dashi soup then add soy sauce, sale, mirin and sugar
- Add Udo and boil till udon is cooked
- Put udon and soup in a bowl, then add tofu and sukiyaki beef on top
