Gyu Don Recipe
Yield: 4 servings
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
-1lb of sliced beef-1 onion (sliced)
-1 egg (optional)
-4 bowls of steamed rice
-2 tsp soup stock powder
-6 tsp soy sauce
-6 tsp sugar
-1 tsp granted ginger
Directions
- Add soup stock powder and sliced onion in 2 cups of hot water in the saucepan
- When water boils, cook for 10 minute
- Add soy sauce, sugar, ginger and beef in the saucepan
- Reduce heat to medium and after it boils cover and simmer for 10 minutes
- Boil egg for a quick 2 minutes (1/4 cooked) so its semi runny (optional)
- Place ingredients in a bowl with steamed rice, mix ingredients if desired
