Oden Soup Recipe

Ingredients
-1/2 lb chicken (sliced)
-4 eggs (boiled)
-2 potatoes (quartered)
-1/2 lb daikon (sliced)
-1/2 lb konnyaku (sliced)
-1/2 lb atsuage (sliced)
-1/4 lb chikuwa (sliced)
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-2 tbsp mirin
-2 tbsp sugar
-8 grams hon dashi
Directions
- Put daikon and potato in 5 cups water in a pot
- When the water boils, add konnyaku and chicken and cook for 15 mins on medium heat
- Skim the top of excess
- Add atsuage, boiled egg, chikuwa and boil for 12 mins over medium heat
- Add soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, and hondashi, then heat for 25 mins on low
