Herbal Duck Soup Recipe
Serves 6 

•    500 g duck
•    6 cups chicken stock
•    25 g ginseng root
•    25 g caterpillar fungus
•    25 g box thorn berries
•    2 tablespoon salt
•    1 teaspoon white pepper powder

1.    Soak the duck thoroughly then remove water. Cut the duck into pieces.
2.    Place the dry duck pieces in a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
3.    Steam for 2 hours, add soysauce if desired
