Gyu Don Recipe

Gyu Don Recipe
Yield: 4 servings
Time: 20 minutes
-1lb of sliced beef
-1 onion (sliced)
-1 egg (optional)
-4 bowls of steamed rice
-2 tsp soup stock powder
-6 tsp soy sauce
-6 tsp sugar
-1 tsp granted ginger
  1. Add soup stock powder and sliced onion in 2 cups of hot water in the saucepan
  2. When water boils, cook for 10 minute
  3. Add soy sauce, sugar, ginger and beef in the saucepan
  4. Reduce heat to medium and after it boils cover and simmer for 10 minutes
  5. Boil egg for a quick 2 minutes (1/4 cooked) so its semi runny (optional)
  6. Place ingredients in a bowl with steamed rice, mix ingredients if desired
