Cabbage Soup Recipe

Cabbage Soup Recipe
6 servings

Ingredients:
•    1 boneless chicken breast and cut into strips
•    5 cup chicken broth
•    1 cup water
•    6 pieces of Chinese cabbage (sliced into smaller pieces)
•    3 tablespoon soy sauce

•    add any other vegetables such as carrots, spinach, etc...
•    1 tablespoon salt
•    1/4 teaspoon pepper


Directions:
1.    In pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.
2.    Add chicken and let it cook for 5-10 minutes
3.    Add remaining ingredients and heat for 3-5 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

Abalone with Cabbage Soup Recipe

Abalone with Cabbage Soup Recipe
Serves 6

Ingredients:
•    1/4 lb pork
•    2 tablespoon sesame oil
•    6 cups water
•    16 oz. of sliced fresh/can of abalone
•    1 lb Chinese cabbage chopped
•    4 sliced mushrooms
•    3 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions:
1.    In a pot with 6 cups of water and sesame oil, boil the pork for 25 minutes
       then set the pork aside in a bowl. Then remove any bones.
2.    Add abalone, mushrooms and soy sauce in the pot and stir for 5 minutes
3.    Then add Chinese cabbage and boil for 5 minutes.
4.    Let it simmer for another 5 minute or until pork is tender.
